Abstract

El dispositivo de molde incluye un molde 110 fijo, un molde 120 móvil que es colindante con la parte superior del molde 110 fijo para formar una cavidad 130 y un vástago 140 eyector que se extiende a través del molde 120 móvil hasta la cavidad 130. Una unidad 190 de escape crea un entorno a vacío extrayendo aire de la cavidad 130. En este estado, se rellena metal fundido en la cavidad 130, en la que posteriormente se conforma para dar un producto. Después, el vástago 140 eyector empuja hacia fuera el producto conformado. Una placa 150 de cierre está colocada de manera cercana encima del molde 120 móvil y el vástago 140 eyector se extiende secuencialmente a través de la placa 150 de cierre y el molde 120 móvil. La junta P1 se dispone en un orificio en la placa 150 de cierre a través del que se extiende el vástago 140 eyector, impidiendo de ese modo que entre aire atmosférico en la cavidad 130. Un espacio 180 de bloqueo se forma entre el molde 120 móvil y la junta P1, impidiendo de ese modo que se transfiera calor a la junta P1. Dado que el metal puede conformarse en un entorno a vacío de alto nivel creado en el espacio de conformación de metal, es posible impedir que las propiedades del metal fundido cambien a través del contacto con el aire y minimizar el daño en la junta provocado por el calor, disponiéndose la junta para impedir que entre aire atmosférico en el espacio de conformación de metal. Dado que es posible el uso de una junta barata, la operación de conformación de metal puede realizarse en un entorno a vacío de alto nivel económico.
