Abstract
Se proporciona un método para fabricar un cuerpo moldeado de espuma por medio del cual se puede provocar que una lámina de resina de espuma siga una cavidad del molde con alta precisión incluso en donde el espesor de la lámina de resina de espuma es grande. De acuerdo con la presente invención, se proporciona un método para fabricar un cuerpo moldeado de espuma, el método que incluye: una etapa de colocación para colocar una lámina de resina de espuma entre un primer molde y un segundo molde, la lámina de resina de espuma que se forma por medio de la extrusión y el goteo de una resina de espuma fundida desde una ranura; y una etapa de expansión para despresurizar y succionar la lámina de resina de espuma usando tanto el primer como el segundo moldes en un estado en el cual el primer y segundo moldes se llevan cercanos entre sí de tal modo que un hueco más grande que el espesor de la lámina de resina de espuma sea provisto entre el primer y segundo moldes, provocando así que la lámina de resina de espuma se expanda hasta el espesor del hueco.
