Abstract
Un dispositivo de molde para conformar metal en un entorno a vacio de alto nivel. El dispositivo de molde incluye un molde fijo, un molde movil que es colindante con la parte superior del molde fijo para formar una cavidad y un vastago eyector que se extiende a traves del molde movil hasta la cavidad. Una unidad de escape crea un entorno a vacio extrayendo aire de la cavidad. En este estado, se rellena metal fundido en la cavidad, en la que posteriormente se conforma para dar un producto. Despues, el vastago eyector empuja hacia fuera el producto conformado. Una placa de cierre esta colocada de manera cercana encima del molde movil y el vastago eyector se extiende secuencialmente a traves de la placa de cierre y el molde movil. La junta P1 se dispone en un orificio en la placa de cierre a traves del que se extiende el vastago eyector, impidiendo de ese modo que entre aire atmosferico en la cavidad. Un espacio de bloqueo se forma entre el molde movil y la junta P1, impidiendo de ese modo que se transfiera calor a la junta P1. Dado que el metal puede conformarse en un entorno a vacio de alto nivel creado en el espacio de conformacion de metal, es posible impedir que las propiedades del metal fundido cambien a traves del contacto con el aire y minimizar el dano en la junta provocado por el calor, disponiendose la junta para impedir que entre aire atmosferico en el espacio de conformacion de metal. Dado que es posible el uso de una junta barata, la operacion de conformacion de metal puede realizarse en un entorno a vacio dealto nivel economico
