Abstract
La invención se relaciona con una cobertura de dulces congelados que comprende con base en el % en peso, una grasa en una cantidad entre 35 - 65 %; un emulsionante y/o un aditivo, en donde una cantidad total del emulsionante y/o aditivo está entre 0.1 a 5 %, y en donde el emulsionante y/o el aditivo tiene un punto de fusión mayor que 40 °C. La invención se relaciona, además, con un método para la fabricación de la cobertura de dulces congelados.
