Abstract
Un recubrimiento de confitería congelado que comprende con base en % en peso una grasa en una cantidad de entre 35 - 65%; un emulsionante y/o un aditivo, donde una cantidad total del emulsionante y/o aditivo esta entre 0,1 - 5%, y donde el emulsionante y/o el aditivo tiene un punto de fusión mayor que 40ºC. También, un método para la fabricación del recubrimiento de confitería congelado.
