Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para producir una tubería de capas múltiples (1) de un elemento tubular que tiene un enlace metalúrgico que comprende por lo menos una tubería exterior (10) de material metálico y una tubería interior (20) de material metálico que se coloca dentro de la tubería exterior, la superficie interior de la tubería exterior (10) se une de forma mecánica a la superficie exterior de la tubería interior (20) por lo menos en partes de su interfaz, en donde en una línea de producción, el elemento tubular se calienta y estira de manera simultánea en donde cada porción del elemento tubular se somete a calentamiento por inducción y luego a estirado en cali9ente, en donde el elemento tubular se estira con un mandril que se ubica en el mismo; a través de este procedimiento, la conexión mecánica existente entre las tuberías se transforma en una conexión metalúrgica; la invención también se refiere a una tubería de capas múltiples (1) que se produce por este procedimiento, en donde la tubería exterior (10) se hace de una aleación de acero al manganeso carbono y la tubería interior (2) se hace de una aleación resistente a la corrosión.
