Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método para producir un tubo de acero sin costura laminado en caliente templado en el cual un bloque hueco calentado a la temperatura de conformación se lamina en una laminadora para formar un tubo con un diámetro final después de la laminación y, posteriormente, se templa y el diámetro del tubo aumenta durante el templado con los parámetros de templado apropiados. De manera de proporcionar un método de producción para tubos de acero sin costura laminados en caliente templados que, respetando al mismo tiempo los requerimientos geométricos impuestos del tubo acabado templado, permita una producción más económica de dichos tubos, se propone que con el conocimiento del crecimiento en el diámetro del tubo durante el templado, el diámetro final del tubo a ser templado se ajuste luego de la laminación en la laminadora.
