Abstract
Procedimiento y herramienta de extrusión con calor para producir una pieza metálica (1) como un tren de aterrizaje que presenta en frio un esfuerzo de fluencia mayor o igual a 200 MPA, y presenta una porción tubular (2) cuya una de sus dos extremidades se prolonga en una forma compleja (3) tal procedimiento presenta después del calentamiento de la pieza de trabajo (11) y de su transferencia caliente en una herramienta de extrusión en forma de prensa (6); al menos una etapa de extrusión directa con la ayuda de un primer punzón (4) para realizar la forma compleja (3), y al menos una etapa de extrusión inversa con un segundo punzón (5) remplazando al primero y que se desplaza en la misma dirección y el mismo sentido que el primer punzón (4) en la misma herramienta de extrusión (6) para realizar toda la porción tubular (2) de la pieza.
