Abstract
Aquí se describe un dispositivo de estampado de metal laminar y un método para inhibir substancialmente retroceso desde una posición estampada neutra de una región de la parte de desecho. Se proporciona un dispositivo de estampado de metal laminar para estampar una parte de metal laminar que comprende un primer cuerpo de matriz y un segundo, en donde el primer cuerpo de matriz y el segundo cuerpo de matriz están en comunicación operable para formar la parte de metal laminar a partir de una preforma de metal laminar. La parte de metal laminar incluye por lo menos una región de desecho ahí formada que es propensa a retroceder desde una posición estampada neutra. El primer cuerpo de matriz y el segundo cuerpo de matriz tienen regiones de formación de reborde alargadas complementarias situadas para formar una región de reborde alargada en la región de desecho. Y las regiones de formación de reborde alargadas se configuran de modo que el reborde alargado substancialmente inhibe el retroceso o recuperación elástica de la región de desecho desde la posición estampada neutra, cuando se corta desprendiendo la región de desecho de la parte. También se describe un método para estampar una parte de metal laminar que tiene por lo menos ahí formada una región de desecho propensa a retroceso que utiliza el dispositivo y separar la región de desecho.
