Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para sujetar un elemento de remache a una pieza, en particular a una parte de chapa metálica, que tiene un orificio preformado proporcionado para la recepción de una sección de remache del elemento de remache, y que se hace plana al menos en la región alrededor del orificio preformado. Antes del proceso de sujeción, la pieza se coloca en una separación bien definida de una superficie de contacto de un troquel, por medio de al menos un separador del troquel configurado de manera móvil y/o elástica, para el remodelado de la sección de remache, de manera que un hueco se forma entre una pared del orificio y un punzón del troquel, que se proporciona para el remodelado de la sección de remache. La sección de remache se introduce en el hueco en el curso del proceso de sujeción y se remodela por el punzón, con el fin de acoplarse detrás de la pieza en la región del orificio.
