Abstract
La invención se refiere a una composición saborizante activa que se obtiene a través de una reacción de etapas múltiples, que comprende - una primera reacción entre un compuesto amino y un compuesto carbonilo con el fin de obtener una primera mezcla de reacción de intermediarios, - una segunda reacción con un segundo compuesto amino solo o en combinación con un compuesto carbonilo con el fin de obtener una segunda mezcla de reacción de intermediarios, - reacciones separadas adicionales con otro compuesto amino solo o en combinación con un compuesto carbonilo con el fin de obtener más mezclas de reacción de intermediarios, - reacciones separadas adicionales con compuestos de otras clases químicas, tales como alcoholes, compuestos fenólicos, epóxidos o ácidos orgánicos y combinaciones de estos que se traduzcan en intermediarios adecuados, - una última reacción que comprende una mezcla de todas las mezclas de intermediarios anteriores sola o en combinación con compuestos aminos y/o carbonilos con el fin de obtener la composición saborizante final.
