Abstract
Las células vivas de un microorganismo en una muestra de prueba se detectan distinguiendo las células vivas de las células muertas o las células dañadas mediante los siguientes pasos de: a) agregar un agente capaz de unirse de manera covalente al ADN o ARN mediante la irradiación con una luz, que tiene una longitud de onda de 350 nm a 700 nm a la muestra de prueba; b) irradiar la muestra de prueba a la cual se agrega un agente reticulante con una luz que tiene una longitud de onda of 350 nm a 700 nm; c) amplificar una región objetivo de ADN o ARN del microorganismo contenido en la muestra de prueba mediante un método de amplificación de los ácidos nucleicos en la presencia de un agente para suprimir la acción de una sustancia inhibidora de la amplificación de los ácidos nucleicos, sin extraer los ácidos nucleicos de las células; y d) analizar el producto amplificado.
