Abstract

CERVEJA DE BAIXA FERMENTAÇÃO, BEM COMO MÉTODO PARA SUA PRODUÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produção de cerveja de baixa fermentação, tal método compreendendo a utilização de farelo de cereal, preferivelmente farelo de trigo ou centeio, e uma razão de 15% a 50% do grão. O método da presente invenção permite a produção de cervejas tendo um excelente sabor e estabilidade de sabor durante envelhecimento com um custo de matéria-prima comparativamente menor.
