Abstract
Se proveen medios capaces de desarrollar eficientemente c?lulas de endotelio corneal y medios para suministrar establemente una preparaci?n de endotelio corneal; se provee un agente para promover la adhesi?n de c?lulas de endotelio corneal que contiene un inhibidor de Rho cinasa; un medio de cultivo de c?lulas de endotelio corneal que contiene un inhibidor de Rho cinasa; una soluci?n para la conservaci?n de c?rnea que contiene un inhibidor de Rho cinasa; y un m?todo de producci?n de una preparaci?n de endotelio corneal que incluye el paso de cultivar las c?lulas de endotelio corneal usando el medio de cultivo anteriormente mencionado.
