Abstract
Un proceso para aislamiento y purificación de una proteína objetivo por cromatografía en donde la cromatografía elimina o reduce los priones (PrPSC), el cual comprende las etapa de - poner en contacto una muestra contaminada potencialmente con PrPSC la cual comprende una proteína objetivo con un material cromatográfico multimodal; - fijar las condiciones del amortiguador de tal forma que la proteína objetivo es enlazada al material cromatográfico multimodal y mientras PrPSC no se enlaza al material cromatográfico multimodal; seguido por elución de la proteína objetivo.
