Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una c-amilasa maltogénica de Trichoderma reesei (TrAA) y variantes de la misma que son útiles en la producción de jarabes de alta maltosa de almidón licuado. Particularmente las altas concentraciones de maltosa se logran cuando se usa TrAA en la presencia de una pululanasa.
