Abstract

La presente invención está relacionada con un método para convertir los compuestos de hidrocarburo que tienen al menos una función de nitrilo en compuestos que tienen al menos una función carboxílica, y con un método para obtener compuestos de éster a partir de compuestos carboxílicos obtenidos así. La invención proporciona un método para convertir compuestos que tienen al menos una función de nitrilo en compuestos que tienen al menos una función carboxílica, que comprende hidratar las funciones de nitrilo con la función de amida mediante la reacción con agua en presencia de un ácido inorgánico concentrado, e hidrolizar las funciones de amida en funciones carboxílicas y haciendo reaccionar con agua y un ácido inorgánico concentrado. Los compuestos carboxílicos obtenidos así pueden luego eterificarse en diésteres. Éste último puede usarse ventajosamente como solvente.
