Abstract
Se describe una técnica para inspección de superficie de un neumático, capaz de discriminar en forma segura piezas de hule de una calidad diferente de aquella de un neumático incrustadas en la superficie de neumático por vulcanización del neumático. Una primer unidad de iluminación (11) incluye primeros proyectores de luz pareados (11, 11b) que proyectan luz respectivamente desde lados opuestos hacia una línea objetivo L en un neumático T. Una segunda unidad de iluminación (12) incluye segundos proyectores de luz pareados (12a, 12b) que proyectan luz respectivamente desde lados opuestos hacia la línea objetivo L en una dirección diferente de aquella en la cual la primer unidad de iluminación (11) proyecta luz. La primera unidad de iluminación (11) y la segunda unidad de iluminación (12) operan en forma alterna para iluminación. La cámara de línea (3) forma una imagen de una parte de la superficie de un neumático correspondiente a la línea objetivo L, en sincronía con las operaciones de iluminación respectivas de la primera y segunda unidades de iluminación. La iluminación y formación de imagen se repiten para diferentes partes de la superficie de neumático que se mueven sucesivamente a una posición correspondiente a la línea objetivo L. Imágenes formadas por la cámara de línea se analizan para inspección de la superficie del neumático T.
