Abstract
Una composición espesante caracterizada porque contiene goma de xantano que tiene, por 100 partes en peso de la misa, 0.5 partes en peso o más de sal de metal unida en la superficie del polvo de goma de xantano. Esta composición espesante es capaz de desarrollo de viscosidad conveniente por adición a objetos que contienen agua. De esta manera, la composición espesante es adecuada para uso, por ejemplo en aplicaciones de alimentos para espesado conveniente de bebidas carbonatadas, pringue, salsa, aderezo, sopa, espuma, jalea, etcétera o aplicación para desarrollo de viscosidad por adición de una cantidad pequeña de la misma a alimentos para pacientes que tienen dificultad para masticar/deglutir debido a trastornos en la alimentación, etcétera.
