The gifted. Bungo Stray Dogs and Charlotte are both anime in which a seemingly powerful, but weak MC uses their power for the wrong meaning, though in joining their associated location with others who also have powers similar to their own.
BSD presents Atsushi in a situation where he must join the Armed Detective Agency so he can use his powers for the good of others. Charlotte is the same with Yuu going to Hoshinoumi Academy after abusing his powers.
Both are good comedy anime, with BSD being a mystery anime about detectives and gang fights, and Charlotte being a drama with slow romance in a school

Both use psychological and superpowers as the main plot. And also the quirks in it are just so great u can't expect it!

The plots of both the animes revolve around supernatural powers. In Charlotte, the student council does the work of finding people with such abilities and then asking them not to use their abilities to benefit themselves or to harm others.
In Bungou Stray Dogs, there is a detective agency run by people having special abilities.
