I can't believe that it is finally over. I remember being new to anime and trying to find new shows to watch when i stumbled upon csm and liked it so much that i completed the season in a single night. After waiting for 1-2 years for the reze movie, i finally decided to just read the manga and i am so glad that i did. Easily, one of the best mangas i have ever read. (granted, i haven't read that many). I do think that csm part 1 is one of the best stories i have ever experienced. For me, that is a 10/10 masterpiece. Coming to part 2 tho, i am not the biggest fan. I think part 2 is inferior to part 1 in every single aspect imaginable. Let it be the arcs, the side characters, the fights(maybe, this one is close tbh), overall story, the villains, the ending, especially the ending !! I do see some good aspects of the part 2 ending but it doesn't even hold a candle to the part 1 ending which is one of the best endings i have ever seen. Overall, i don't hate part 2. It's just it's predecessor is just such a behemoth of its genre and its artform. I do like asa-denji. I love characters like nayuta, lil d, fami, fumiko but they are still not on the same level as the side cast of part 1 with kobeni, kishibe, beam, quanxi, etc. None of the arcs of part2 were even close to part1 arcs like the gun devil arc, the control devil arc, the reze arc; heck, even the international assassins arc was more enjoyable than any arc in csm part 2. my ratings would be -

part 2 - 7.5/10
overall - 9/10
