This list basically contains complete and fully translated seinen manga with the highest rating on my profile. Just like I use your list when I have nothing to do and want to find a interesting manga to read, you can do the same if you want. (I can't guarantee you'll like it because my tastes are strange).
Unlike the others, Koharu, upon realizing the mistakes she made and that she is hurting the MC emotionally, accepts distancing herself even if it means great pain for herself, and that is what I think love really is. (Also she's not crazy enough to kill people)
But how you already know about this one I will recommend another one that I think you gonna like it.
You must read this hiddem gem called Naraku no Futari (The Lovers in the Abyss).
In this manga, there's a "Yandere" named Rin who uses an unconventional method to achieve her romantic interest. The method she uses is threatening suicide and spreading this as if it were all the MC's fault, so that his social life ends (he is partially to blame). I put "Yandere" in quotation marks because she isn't really a yandere, but she acted like one due to what she was going through, like being bullied by the one she loves (this is also cool because is uncommon to have MC from a Yandere story that is not kind, spineless and usual good guy)
