Maybe some illness, but i would loved a hapy ending for this series for sure
That ep was just so funny and him using poop lol
That said, it’s not bad, just maybe playing it a bit too safe? The action is clean, the humor works here and there, but I keep waiting for that one moment to really hit and shift the tone or raise the stakes a bit more.
Rewatching Kaiju No. 8 is interesting though! I didn’t expect someone to go back to that one this soon, but honestly I get it. It had its issues, but the energy and pacing were decent, and the characters grow on you after a while. Curious to hear how it holds up on a rewatch.
