Sentenced to be hero is kinda mid though :( There are some interesting characters but most of them annoy me and the story is moving super slow given it's about to end soon
I used to watch a lot more anime years ago, 5-10~ of whatever the season was airing. Now that I watch a lot less 0-3~ anime a season, I can more readily comment. Even though I still rarely comment or partake in the forums in general.
Anything specific you wanted to know?
When I got "back to anime" (about 10 years ago) there was this fansub group that had tons of cool stuff so I most probably watched it because it was one of their works, and I remember liking it a lot, but also I was just rediscovering anime so I was probably being easily impressed too.
I didn't notice before Erased on your favorite manga, the anime feels kinda rushed compared, but it's a nice show - they slightly changed the ending.
The others I thought of are already on your Plan to Watch, my top of mind were Erased and Blast of Tempest.
One that isn’t on your list but you may like is Ghost Hound - however, I wouldn’t recommend watching it back‑to‑back with Erased because some themes are too similar.
You talking about that recommendation to the other guy? I just checked him, back when I sent that message his profile was something like "I'm new to anime, recommend me something" so I mentioned those two mostly based on what he had liked so far (I do like both series though)... however, I just saw he pretty much gives 10/10 to everything and he gave 7/10 to Terror in Resonance haha
