I hope there are more and better key anime in the future they always seem to follow a formula that works. I never really finished Kanon 2006, I think I was put off a bit from the art or something, I do want to get more into sad and emotional anime.

Finally finished Higurashi and it's so damn good. Hanyuu was such a nice addition to the show and the way Mamoru Akasaka kicked ass. That scene was fucking epic. Really glad it ended the way it did. Everything from the beginning, finish to start it all came through. Could not have been more perfect that that. The only thing that really bothered me was that Rena had almost no screen time besides the first episode and when Hanyuu finally showed up she carries her to her house 3 times LOL. Kinda fucked up how they left Satoshi the way he is. At least he's still alive. I wanna get into the ova's and stuff but I hear it's kinda bad. Has mixed reviews and such.

Oh! And Satoko did redeem her self a bit... her traps were pure win. Getting so many of those bastards.

Lately, I've been getting extremely lazy, If I have to go the VN route I would have to put it off for awhile. Trying to cram as much good anime in as possible atm.

True! Just gotta get that flexibility tho LOL.

Yup, Gon and Killua are basically the main characters but throughout the show Kurapika and Leorio kinda get their own separate arc to shine, specifically Kurapika where he is more serious while in Leorio's case, where he basically tries to bring in the comedy since he's less serious if you can tell.

Yup! I've had that happen a few times where one of my total favorites has been demolished into hell but it can be overcome if basically we share a high number of shows that are rated high together. There are exceptions to this rule where 1 or 2 anime I feel strongly passionate about then that can cause some fury! LOL.

Ohh, Air seems cool. It's another one of those Key animations I tried to get into but always forget. Dang, Tasogare Otome x Amnesia seems kinda spooky when I looked at the synopsis lol. Hopefully you can finish off Air soon, then you can experience Little Buster, that one totally pulls away at your heartstrings. Hate getting too attached to characters specially when it can backfire on you when the most random things can affect you.

I'm enjoying the heck out of Higurashi! I am binge watching it atm and all I got to say is "Dayum wtf" It's got my attention all the way. Made me appreciate the first season so much more, tho it also made me feel how much I hate Satoko even more. She's so annoying to me the other cast makes up for it. Also I'm at the part where I just found out Takano is the one pulling the strings all along, i'm like mindblown, man I can't wait to finish this, might only take me another day or so.

I've been meaning to get into Ajin myself, I always like anime that are original that do well without a manga or lightnovel source. If it's the same team that made Higurashi, for sure i'll try to check out Umineko, I always leave like a 5 episode window open to see if I can really invest my time into it.

My next anime i'm probably gonna watch is Cowboy Bebop unless anything else can change my mind, I gotta experience why this one is so popular.

Yeah, definitely! I just want people to experience greatness, trying to get more and more people into it as much as myself, thus making the popularity grow higher, which is a win-win.

Yeah, I agree GTO just has everything. Definitely could recommend that to anyone that has a sense of humor and can manage about the perverse moments because for everything else, it gets into real life situations, mannn I need to learn how to ride a motorcycle and be a black belt like the Great man himself. LOL.

Ah! Now that you mention that, he does resemble him. It's kinda unfortunate he won't get as much screen time as much as other 3 tho. Hisoka is a weird character on his own, honestly he's one of a kind, super unique but not for everyone. I like him, you'll see more and more of him along with Netero, who is essentially like the boss man in any organization. Always gotta be the old guy in there somehow! LOL.

I know what you mean, I sometimes do that myself, gotta see if they watched your all time favorites so then both can have a instant connection with one another. Fuck, you reminded me of CLANNAD. I cried manly tears over that a few years ago. It was so fucking good. I was in a sad anime marathon and got down most of anything that could make me feel something. If you enjoy Clannad/Afterstory, you should definitely check out Littler Buster. The 2nd season is Little Buster;Refrain. It's like Clannad, where they introduce the characters and make you attached but in the 2nd half would shock you.

I'm gonna start on Higurashi and hope I can enjoy it just as the first season, I was very interested in the curse and hopefully it will clear away any questions I've had. The art/animation would be no problem, I actually enjoy the older animation.

Whenever I hear Cicadas in the background Higurashi always comes into my head because they had such a presence in the background in this show.

What kind of shows would you recommend for that dark thriller/psychological experience. I know there are barely any! Which is kind of lame but it's hard to do in animation.

Visual Novels are a different experience for me since I have to sit down and actually visuallize everything in my head instead of the manga where the pictures are right there to follow panel by panel, plus it's a whole lot deeper since it's usually very very long. LOL.

Yeah some people just give up in the beginning. Which is ashame tbh! The quality of the story and arc continues to get better and better. After the Hunter Exam, you basically know what you're getting into plus a whole lot more. I'm a huge Hunter x Hunter fan. I've rewatched this show around 3 or 4 times and always try to recommend it to people to at least try it. You have any favorite characters atm?

For sure I need to get on the GTO train, I watched the anime and was just dumb founded how fucking awesome this show is. Taught me a lot, honestly made me think about my life and decisions. Even got me inspiration to try to be a teacher at one point. I know what you mean I try my fucking hardest to say if I start something I gotta finish it... since when you do continue gotta read/watch the previous chapter and episode to get your memory jogging again.

Damn caught me right handed LMAO. That's my next anime i'm going to start after I finish Shinsekai Yori. I might get my hands on reading it... I really enjoyed it. How's the 2nd season par up to the first one tho? I've been craving more and more dark stuff.

Heyo! Saw you were watching Hunter. It might be slow at the start but I hope you continue to give it a shot.

Also! Onizuka is a bad-ass. I've been meaning to finish off the manga but I've been lazy.
