If we speak of psychological horror for me the movie Perfect Blue is definitely the winner :D I like the art in it, it is kinda creepy, the story is just amazing, it has a so to say strong message, it's not like other horror stuff with like a lot of gore and things typically for horror... I don't know if you watched it, if you didn't I definitely recommend it ^^

And if we speak of slice of life anime, than Mushishi has the first place! ^^
