~Hello, welcome to my profile~

Status Update: I've recovered a lot compared to before, but sadly I'm not gonna hang around this site as of now. I've been advised by my doctor to stay away from internet forums as of now, so....it's now time for another long hiatus. Hope to come back again someday though. Cheerio! :)

To start off, I'm an anime fan who isn't too much well-versed or vastly experienced as an anime watcher, but despite that, I'm someone who is really passionate & engrossed when it comes to anime in general, which is why despite my somewhat lack of experience I still consider myself to be a weeb. I've mostly gotten into mainstream anime since late 2018, from when I gradually started picking one interest after another in anime, leading to my interests peaking in this medium. I'm currently looking to just explore the huge world of anime even more and more, because I've discovered it well enough that watching anime is one of those things that brings me the most joy.

I'm a big lover of action/adventure anime, with especially a big lean towards battle-shounen, though sometimes I also do enjoy intense psychological thrillers involving strong tension & emotional weight or anime that have a lot of genuine depth in storyline & characterization.

I mentioned MHA because the story is done and dusted, Vinland and MiA have a lot more to cover from the source material in later seasons. Both of them go in......some debatable directions which many appreciated ig. That being said watching them is a much easier job than to cover all of Naruto with all its fillers.

Let me see, 345Ed's episodic requirements:
1) really impactful & memorable enough to leave a mark
2)they resonate with the core themes/concept of the show well enough
3) the main characters of the show get some strong, substantial and coherent development via the different episodic stories presented in the show

Brother there are very less SHOWS in general that satisfy these requirements fuck episodic shows

I like episodic shows, maybe a little more than long narrative shows (this is a preference I adopted recently)

You might wanna catch up to mha tho, the last 2 seasons were bangers

Yeah. 100% agree with you. Good and bad animes are both important and does help gain a better understanding of the medium. Will say tho, I am gonna take a break from doing so because Mars of Destruction was so bad it literally fried my brain 😂

Ive been pretty good too. Mostly just playing more Rockman/Mega Man and I have been scrolling through the bottom of MAL to find the worst rated anime and watch them to see if they're as bad as people make them out to be, which so far... yeah they are. Glad you're doing good fella :).
