In the world of dubbing, he was known for dubbing Sheriff Dwight Riley in the first three Scream films; Steve in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial; Captain Arthur Hastings in the Poirot series (which he directed and adapted); and Kogoro Mouri in the first 76 episodes of Detective Conan (a series he also directed and adapted, and in which he also played several supporting roles).
After being dropped by major studios for protesting on public transport due to poor working conditions, he retired in 2010.
