This series takes inspiration from a Romance of the Three Kingdoms-style narrative, though the execution is not at its strongest in that regard.
The storytelling from the beginning through the middle of the series is handled quite well and remains engaging. However, the ending undermines much of what was built up, leaving the overall experience somewhat unsatisfying for readers.
That said, the author’s stance that a delinquent/gang-themed story should not conclude with a happy ending is understandable and aligns with the message they intended to convey.
As for the artwork, it is the main reason I stayed with this series until the very end. The character designs are

excellent—especially the female characters.
The fight scenes are well done and far from poor, and the facial expressions and body language are depicted effectively, meeting the solid standards typically seen in Korean manhwa.
Even so, the series still provided a reading experience I found satisfying overall, despite the ending not being to my taste. For that reason, I would still recommend giving it a try.
