Synopsis

At first glance, Yeon Skylar is a model student, with his excellent academic performance, an award-winning photography club career, and considerate disposition. Despite it all, he is somewhat introverted, and his only real friend is Seong Chan-il, a friendly, outgoing classmate. For a year already, Skylar has been hiding his crush on Chan-il—and especially his extensive collection of all the candid photographs of Chan-il he has taken in secret.

Skylar's peculiar hobby is discovered by Baek Cirrus—Chan-il's seemingly kind and sociable friend. Cirrus promises not to expose Skylar's secret, but Skylar's anxiety deepens with everything Cirrus does. His words always carry double meanings, and his teasing is always a breath away from confessing everything to Chan-il. A tense game of blackmail, emotional control, and shifting power arises between Skylar and Cirrus, two broken teenagers who fear one another, the world, and the consuming intensity of a love neither expected.

Expectations- 5/10
From what I have heard, it seemed to be a toxic romance, and I'm not a fan of that. But, the art always seemed appealing to me and so it was my main reason to start this.

As a newly discovered BL reader. This has got to be one of the best written manhwas i’ve ever came across. I’ve gone through isekais, rofans, action, highschool, slice of life, horror, any and every genre of manhwa except bl as I never quite found any that didn’t focus too much on xxx.

This manhwa made me laugh, cry, feel uncomfortable, shock, empathy and so much more. The pace of this manhwa was perfect. It gives you what you need to know about the leads, it gave them room to grow, although not perfect but how could they ever end up as saints after everything ...

I started reading in 2021, there were many breaks, and now in 2025 it is finished. In these four years I think I have matured and my view on the story has changed. At first I loved the frenetic rhythm, where the reader were filled with nervousness , where we mainly followed Skyler.But then as the chapters went by the pace slowed down and suddenly cirrus became the focus. I've never met anyone with the same opinion as me, although I liked the ending, I missed how things were in the beginning.
