Do i recommend it? Nope and Im gonna tell you why this manga is a waste of time.
First of all, lets get real, the artwork is amazing, beautiful, gorgeous. That's all the good I have to say about this story, the rest is just a messy back and forward and disorganized story with a lot of it missing. The author goes from past to future to present to past and introduces characters in one chapter then talks about the past of another character then comes back to present only to go back to the past of another character.
Second, the characters... MY GOD they are terrible,

specially the mysterious girl that everyone talks about but really never interacts with the story, she is just a myth, a legend, she has an impact on the story just because the rest of the characters are constantly talking about her and literally creating their own drama just because of her. The only really good characters are the protagonist and her friend, the rest are really lame and so uninteresting, specially because like i said, all the drama from this story is self inflicted, nothing really happens for things to go wrong, everything just happens just because the character force it to happen. Specially the relationship between the protagonist and her heroine, all we have is the protagonist chasing her around while her heroine just wanders around doing nothing but being depressed and sad and doing absolutely nothing about it.
And the ending... my god what a mess... it solves nothing, its just all a time skip from a moment to the other and nothing is really explained. I would say its disappointing but i wasnt really expecting much of it at all.
Go read something else, there are FAR better stories out there.
