So the theme involves characters being comfortable being themselves/not feeling slut-shamed about how they dress. That's a pretty good theme, though I also feel like the show is not really doing a very good job with it either? I really, really dislike Mako's family and how they interact with Ryuko. Satsuki's outfit and how the shots are framed around it made me mad uncomfortable too.

This fight looks like a fight I'd see near the end of an anime so I was surprised they'd be fighting near the same power levels so early. There must be students who would probably give her more trouble than she had earlier.

Wow what an episode. That teacher is one of Ryuko's father old friends and also an important ally against Satsuki's rule, also the lewd design of the combat mode of the suit was something arbitrary, what was her father thinking? Hahaha. She wears the most powerful uniform of them all so by plain power she has basically every battle already won but things can't be that easy and her rival has the same power. A battle against the final boss and just in the episode three wow, Mako's interventions saved the day again, that is my favorite part of the episode, that's why she is the best character. Very good episode, explained many things and lots of action, now the goal isn't just look for answers but take down Satsuki's realm.

this shi is so ridiculous, it's amazing. That fight was so epic, the animation was insane, and the plot well... two girls almost naked fighting epicly with swords, fascinating.

This episode was AMAZING to say the least, it felt like the final episode of the anime 😭. Also, the OST is phenomenal and the animation as well. I really like Satsuki already, I think she's gonna be on of my favorites after I'm done with this anime. Easily the best episode thus far.
