How many chapters?

On here it's says it's 15 volumes and 166 chapters but every website I check out it always around 40 to 50ish chapters, I did see someone on reddit saying there's only 40 chapters but idk

It is 166 chapters but for some reason on manga websites they only have the volumes together rather than separate chapters. So I basically had to read the manga by volume.

The manga is split differently in free sites. They still have the same story it's just less and longer chapters overall.

The tankobon volumes don't really delineate where each chapter ends and begins, which is why I'm logging each volume as I read it.
