Day 1 You all arrived at the banquet, wondering what you were invited for. It was situated in a grand manor in the outskirts of town. When the final guests arrived the doors automatically closed and the lights went out. Everyone was in an uproar, wondering what in the world is going on. Not long after, a blinding light shone from the back, and there appeared a man wearing a masquerade mask. He wore an unnerving smile which sent shivers down people's spine. Masked Man: Welcome! I'm sure you're all dieing to know what you're doing here. I'll keep it simple. I want to play a game. A game to test the wits of mankind, to see the true nature of man when they are close to their death bed. You're all under lock down, no one can get out, and no one can get in. This is a survival game, and there will be death. There are two small groups of killers among you all, and one person will die each night. To prevent this you must work out who they are and you can choose to lynch them. Kill or be killed. I have also prepared rooms for everyone to rest in the night, you will find daily essentials there so do make yourself comfortable. Oh, and please do enjoy the lovely dinner I have prepared for you all before you begin to kill each other. Obviously, lynching 2 mafia is ideal, but I'd say the risk is too great. After 2 phases we could possibly lose 4 players. If we have a good lead, I'd say we should go for it and take out 2 mafia, but I feel like the risk is too high. In the last Valentine Event game, there was a no lynch because of the risk. |

If most people are inactive (like it's often the case day 1), no one will die. "All lovers occur in pairs within the same faction, so if any one dies they both die." <- There are no crossover lovers in this game. Usually, when two lovers are from different factions and die that has a balancing effect. But here it's the opposite: lynching town = twice the damage, lynching mafia = greater success. |
