The selling point of this anime is the ecchi scenes with the sensei and the other girls, as expected, by looking at the MAL image of this anime.
But one thing to keep in mind as you watch the anime, and that is that in the manga, in some way, the manga jumped the shark
The first 8 chapters of the manga are these RomCom-ish moments with soft-ecchi moments every chapter, between the male MC and the Sensei, suggestive poses, and suggestive ecchi moments, but nothing extreme.
But starting on Chapter 09, the manga just becomes a hardcore-ecchi and forgets the premise it had in the first 08 manga chapters, with the difference being now that they show nudity now, and even the soft-ecchi moments become very suggestive. I guess they needed to up the sales of the manga in some way.
Just something to keep in mind as you watch the anime, if you find the ecchi to be too "soft" for your taste in the early episodes. So if the earlier episodes feel "meh" in the ecchi area, dont drop it and keep watching
However, dont be surprised if the producers/studio decide to keep the anime-version soft-ecchi from start-to-finish, because thats the way that they are advertising this anime, and they are not advertising it as a hardcore-ecchi but as a soft-ecchi.
