● ◯ ☾ Introduce Yourself! ☽ ◯● Hello Everyone! Here is where we can all get to know each other and meet new members of the club! Anyone is welcome, so feel free to introduce yourself and kick-start this club! I'll start it off then! My name is Minae (pronounced min-ay or mi-nae, however you read it), the creator of areosol. I'm 19 and I'm from London, UK~ I am currently an art student that majors in fashion and art installations. One day I will sell my art~ ^^; I was introduce to the world of anime through Tokyo Mew Mew, and quickly found myself spiraling down the hole of anime hell from young age lmao. My favorite anime is Tonari no Kaibutsu-Kun, which i can recite word for word due to how many times I've re watched it lol. I like listening to any type of music, I'm pretty open to that. I'm currently really into a Japanese idol group called Keyakizaka46~ I also enjoy reading marvel comics, watching figure skating, horse riding, and archery tournaments, dancing, and playing the guitar :) My current goal is to be a fashion and prop stylist, and then later a producer and art director. My dream would be for my to have become successful enough to start up my own shop, that acts as an entertainment hub. The ground floor would be a cafe with a bookstore and some of my artwork on sale. The top floor would open later in the day and have a bar, games section and and mini stage for up-coming artists ~ Random fact(s): I love croissant and green tea. I have 2 cats, 2 turtles and 2 sharks as my pets. I also have a blog. | Haha, alright, I'll join the fun. ● I don't what what I prefer to be called here to be honest, hah. I suppose Erg works, hell, you can call me Orgy if you're into that kinda stuff. *wink wink* If you want to make me feel happy in my tummy, you can call me T-Vo as well, hah. ● Running the end of my 17th years, I live in Hungary and you can use whatever pronoun you want, hah, I'm male but if you'd like to think I'm something else, go for it I guess! ● I'm in my penultimate year of high school, I also work as a freelance translator on the side. I'm studying to be a language and literature teacher, the two languages I'm gonna be teaching are Hungarian and English. ● The first anime I've ever seen was InuYasha, I was around 4 I think, I still have a soft spot for it. :) ● My favorite anime is Samurai Champloo, I love samurais and hip-hop, the two being mixed together sucked me in. My favorite manga is probably Gakkou Gurashi. ● I like a large variety of genres, but my favorites are breakbeats and old school hip-hop, but I also love reggae a ton. I plan on getting my bachelor of fine arts then get into animation to become a concept artist. I got into anime when Cardcaptor Sakura first aired in Canada, since then i seen the classics, like sailor moon, andn tokyo mew mew. | I suppose my post the other day was a little out of place, but in my defense I didn't know where I was supposed to post it :< Anyway! Once again... I am BunnyFen, but Bun will do. I'm sorry for not properly introducing myself until now. I'm 20 from London, UK. I happen to be Minaeshi's sister, so we share a room and stuff. I suppose my first anime was Pokemon? And then the old Digimon, Tokyo Mew Mew, Precure, Naruto and whatever else was on tv until I went full weeb and started watching them online with subs. That was probably from around...I dunno. 6 years old? I'm not very picky with anime. Slice of life, magical girl, action, comedy are good. Romance usually bores me and I stay away from almost anything scary. My favourite anime would be K-on!, Baccano & Durarara. Samurai Flamenco not as much, but I enjoyed it enough to put it on my profile. Read quite a bit of manga but no favourites. I like a lot of music. Kpop, Jpop, Rock/Jrock, Visual Kei. SHINee, Buck-tick, the GazettE, Vampire Weekend, Gorillaz, to name a few. Soundcloud is fun. Take On Me is a timeless song with a timeless music video. Japan had good songs in the 80s. And uhhhhh yeah. Don't really have big goals but I like to draw and play games. I like fighting games, rpgs, platformers and rhythm games the most. Overwatch, Destiny, Dragon Age, Tekken, to name a few again. Love Live and Bang Dream are the only mobile games I really play. Well that was long. I cosplayed yeaaaaars back as Misao from lucky star. I also wore my sister's vampire knight cosplay once, despite knowing nothing about it. Haven't really put effort into one before, but maybe Ana from Overwatch would be cool to do? | Let's see here .. hopefully I do this right. ✰ Kar works just fine ★ I'm 17 and from the US ✰ I'm currently a full time student in high school, hoping to finish this year. ★ One piece was my first anime, when it was airing the early episodes on either Toonami or the 4kids version. I cant remember. My first manga was Tokyo Mew Mew, but I never finished the series. ✰ It's hard to place my favorite anime, but it has to be somewhere along the lines of Chuunibyo, Haikyuu, or Osomatsu-san. As for my favorite manga, Azumanga Daioh was the best back in middle school, and I think its the only manga I've ever actually finished. Another very strong favorite is Ranma 1/2, I can never bring myself to finish it, but I love it every time I read it. ★ I'm into all types of music, some things I dont even know what you'd call it. Panic at the Disco & Marina and The Diamonds could be considered strong examples. As well as EDM, OSTs from Anime or shows in general. As well as music from video games. ✰ A few hobbies of mine are things like making icons, playing Overwatch and Heros of the Storm.
