Kirito Kamui (鹿矛囲桐斗)Kirito Kamui is a person who cannot be detected by any scanners or by the Dominators themselves. He aids and abets criminals, including Akira Kitazawa, with his ability to clarify their Hues. However, unlike the latter who uses various criminals as a means of uncovering humanity's repressed desires as a way of spreading chaos and mass hysteria to bring down the Sibyl System, he, exploits the flaws within the Sibyl System and uses ordinary people who were either at their limits of their repressed aggression or disenchanted with the world to serves as his pawns to spread chaos and mayhem to bring down the Sibyl system.

He has messy black hair and brown eyes. He wraps his whole body with clothes and gloves, with only his face out. After transplanting Shisui's removed eye into his right eye socket, he gets two eye colors: Lavender and brown. He also has a scar on his right cheek.

He seems to pay attention to Akane Tsunemori, in a similar manner to the obsession of Makishima with Kougami.
