Motivation

This milestone is a follow-up of %Renaming (pre)endorsements which start the renaming of (pre)endorsement term in the code base.

The goal of this milestone is to track and handle the work that needs to be handled for the depreciation mechanism of the (pre)endorsement term through the code base.
