Context

This MR bump the shell versioned RPC to allow them to output attestation kinds by default.

This MR also remove the old version 0 of pending_operations rpc.

Manually testing the MR

Some tests needed to be updated since the applied field of pending_operations is renamed in validated in version 2 of this RPC.
