Teztale: partially update endorsement occurences to attestation

Everything that could be change without breaking anything should be there.

Next steps would be:

  • Change the encoding functions (needs to update teztale dataviz first)
  • Change SQL column names (should we?)

This MR should change nothing to the current behavior of Teztale since the changes only concern internal names or used-by-nobody exposed ones.
