This service made our trip much easier, we had a 5 day trip to Fuji starting and ending in Tokyo but didn’t want to bring all our luggage with us. I found this service on Google maps, downloaded the app then booked our storage straight away. It’s such an easy process, staff know what they’re doing and are so efficient. 10/10 recommend these guys!

Super easy, just booked everything in on the app. Staff were helpful and everything was so straightforward! Also, excellent value, we left our luggage here for 5 days as we had planned a trip to Fuji starting and finishing in Tokyo and didn’t need all of our luggage with us! Would definitely recommend this service.

Fast and easy drop off and pick up, highly recommend

Some difficulty finding it but not hard. Google maps wants to take you around back but it’s on the Main Street. Other reviews photos helped find the restaurant. Stopped for lunch for picking up our luggage and heading to the airport. Yummy food too.

Located in a lovely leather shop. Small elevator to the 4th floor made bringing luggages upstairs easy we had 10.. shop person was nice and communicated well. Recommend this location if you need to get around without your suitcases.

Great service, for first time users, it’s not actual lockers, it’s the shop on the 4th floor and owner just keep the bags on the shop floor, feels very secure tho so nothing to worry;)

Had a check-in time at 4pm for Airbnb in Tokyo we arrived at 1pm which they didn’t have a service to hold our luggage and all the lockers were checked out. We Googled for somewhere to hold our suitcases and Bounce showed up first which I searched locations, luckily there was a one literally a couple blocks from our Airbnb and gave us the opportunity to explore the area before picking up our luggage.

Service easy and pretty cheap. Location was not so easy to find as located in the basement floor of the building so make sure you enter the building and get down the stairs after the elevator. I recommend this place
