Great location and system on the luggage that we left. We were given a number so that we able to identify our luggage

Great service, no hassles.

Excellent, literally right outside the subway, although to get out you have to go down and up stairs with your luggage. But the place is very nice and the service is very good.

The ladies there were quick and efficient. Partner was able to store his XL luggage without having to use the app.

Drop off and pick up were easy and the location is across the pedestrian street from Asakusa Station Exit A4, which is extremely convenient for the train. However the facility smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a cigarette/ash container amongst the bags. Not sure why this is needed, but entering the facility was unpleasant because of the smell.

It was close to the station entrance and Sensoji Temple, so it was easy to get around.

Excellent place to leave your luggage, the lady is sooooo kind. I'm so glad I left my things there while I waited for my room and went for a walk.

I left my suitcases here for a few days because I was still going to Sapporo and didn't want to carry them around with me. The drop-off and pick-up went very smoothly, and the price was also good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to anyone who wants to leave their suitcases near Asakusa for a few days to travel without worry.

Had a check-in time at 4pm for Airbnb in Tokyo we arrived at 1pm which they didn’t have a service to hold our luggage and all the lockers were checked out. We Googled for somewhere to hold our suitcases and Bounce showed up first which I searched locations, luckily there was a one literally a couple blocks from our Airbnb and gave us the opportunity to explore the area before picking up our luggage.

The building was right next to Kaminarimon, so the location was excellent. The staff were friendly, and in the evening, a Korean-speaking guide provided excellent guidance, making it easy to navigate.

I made a reservation and skipped the line to store my luggage. They took care of it and pick up was easy as well. I think it was pretty inexpensive and they hold it till 6:00 p.m. recommended it!

They do help tourists who find it difficult to navigate in Japan. But if you walk to the 2-nd level of the station, directly above there are automatic luggage storage boxes, which cost 400¥ instead of a 1000¥

Fast, easy and pleasant service

Booked a schedule via Bounce application. It was very convenient.
