Fantastic service. We did have to wait in a line when we arrived as it was a very popular spot for leaving your baggage. But it was quick and timely. We left our bags there for about 8 hours. They tagged and photographed all bags and put them out of the way for safe keeping. Great experience, would definitely use them again if we needed to!

Super convenient location near Tokyo station. Drop off and pick up was super easy and the staff was super nice. They tag your luggage and take a picture of it and it's uploaded to the app. Highly recommended!

The location was a bit hard to find, but there is an elevator as well as stairs (the storage is on the second floor). The clerk was polite and overall experience was easy and convenient
