Great staff, easy drop off and pick up of luggage while I shopped

Easy drop off very friendly staff. Two things. Not easy to get picked up/dropped off by car and very crowded area right next to Takeshita St.

Very easy to book on the app. Staff were lovely and welcoming! Very convenient service, we were able to enjoy our day before our flight without having to drag our luggage everywhere. 😌

Super easy and convenient! Booking through the app was quick, and when I arrived, they just scanned my QR code and took my bags to storage. Everything felt safe and well-organized. Pickup was just as smooth — highly recommend if you need short-term luggage storage!

I only had a short conversation with the staff and they were nice and helpful too. The location is also good once you get a hang of the area. Because I had an appointment in the area and needed my luggage to be stored somewhere I chose this place.

It was my first time using the salon. It was difficult to find. There was no sign and the salon was on the second floor. After that, the service was excellent.

Bit tricky to find -the hair salon is on the 2nd floor :) but 10/10 for staff there! So polite and kind -thank you!
