Super really helpful, the drop off was in less that 3 minutes and the same applies for the pickup. It’s super close to the station, I highly recommend the place if you’re staying close to the area.

Nice, clean and simple. The staff tagged my bag with a number which made me feel secure. I accidentally went to the wrong Big Echo when I went to pick up and the staff there were lovely and super helpful as well.

We stored our large luggage here for 5 days. The place is so easy to find. The staff handling the process was so efficient and even told us they will close 7pm so we do not need to rush ❤️ I highly recommend this place for storing your luggages.

The only time I could choose to check out was up to 6:30 PM, but when I asked, they said they close at 7 PM, so I had to come by then. Thank you so much for being so kind to me.

It was a great experience overall. The location was easy to find, the check in and check out process was simple, and the staff was friendly. My only concern was that my items were originally stored in the back when I checked in, but when I returned an hour early to pick them up they had been moved to the front of the shop, which felt a bit unsettling. Other than that everything went well and I’d still recommend it.

Incredibly nice staff. The only downside was that the storage was downstairs without an elevator or escalator, but the staff helped us with carrying the luggage when they noticed we had problems.
