Booking is online. You have to show them the QR code. This location is very convenient as it is close to the Ginza station and the bus stop for Narita airport. The fare is 800 yens per luggage. The store opens at 11am. You need to pick up your luggage before 11:30pm. Note that it is the same place as the Big Echo karaoke. Great location !

No problems at all, very quick and convenient. The lady was very helpful. Definitely recommend if you want to store your luggage for days.

It seemed like I was the first customer to check in luggage, so they were a little confused, but it was no problem. I didn't have to carry heavy luggage around.

I used this locker because I was afraid of leaving my bags at the lockers inside Tokyo Station and not being able to find them again. They can only hold backpacks.
