Cheap and convenient

A very good experience. At first, we weren't sure if it was on the 3rd or 5th floor, but it turned out to be the 5th. The gentleman who greeted us was very kind, and when we went to collect our luggage, he even offered us the use of the restroom before we left. The location is excellent, just steps from Shinjuku Station. I would definitely recommend it.

Fast and easy transaction

Great experience - fast, convenient, and polite. All the luggage is stored in one place inside a metal garage, but I wasn’t worried about theft as the attendant stays the entire time you’re dropping off and picking up. Would use this service again.

Convenient location for us. Spoke to staff who opened up the front garage of the hotel in which to store our luggage (different than what the sign indicates). Easily able to fit our 7 bags (4 large check-in size, 3 carry on size). Pickup was easy and quick. The only worry is that there was no indication of which bags were stored for Bounce (vs the hotel's). Staff did not appear to have or check which luggage bags were ours upon pickup (no tags and no verification). But perhaps we were the only Bounce customers that day.

Everything was fine

Great, it was the first time we used it and we recommend it. We left two large suitcases and were able to travel around Japan without any problems for the 7 days they stored them.
