Dal romanzo omonimo di Robert Kaplow, il film racconta la vita di un giovane attore del Mercury Theatre diretto nel '37 da Orson Welles.
Se non avessi visto tutti i film di Linklater, potevo dire di aver visto un ottimo film, ben girato e recitato benissimo. Ma Linklater mi ha abituato a dei veri capolavori e questo, è forse il peggiore che lui abbia fatto. Non ci sono i dialoghi di - Before sunset e before Sunrise -. Non ci sono i pensieri filosofici o l'originalità di Waking life.
sarà un bellissimo film, di contenuto e divertente, ci sono grandi attori tra cui zac efron e se ne parla da troppo e fin troppo bene!!! nn vedo l'ora di vederlo

The lips are wrong. Well, at any rate, they’re different: thin and pursed rather than fleshy and cherubic. But Christian McKay, the thirty-six-year-old British actor who plays the young Orson Welles in “Me and Orson Welles,” has the necessary stature and the vaunting authority for the job. McKay has an easy way with a cigar, too, and a small, sly smile and a strong voice.
