Hi Nithila, To specify other compilers, during configure, use CC and CXX to specify the C and C++ compilers. For example if you are planning to use Intel Compiler (icc). Hi the capacity of tracerwindow is 12 traces. the previous error seems like simulation related, not GUI related. Hello Nithila, To compile ODE45Stepper.cpp or any other C++ modules, do this in a console: $ ecell3-dmc ODE45Stepper.cpp Of course, you need to have installed E-Cell first. You may find other useful notes from the E-Cell tutorial at http://www.e-cell.org/bioinfo/ect2004.
