Hi Nithila, To specify other compilers, during configure, use CC and CXX to specify the C and C++ compilers. For example if you are planning to use Intel Compiler (icc). Hi, I would like to know if its possible to change the compiler for ecell3(that is from gcc to some other compiler that supports gcc). So ecell will still use gcc but a different form of gcc. Hi the capacity of tracerwindow is 12 traces. the previous error seems like simulation related, not GUI related. Hello Nithila, To compile ODE45Stepper.cpp or any other C++ modules, do this in a console: $ ecell3-dmc ODE45Stepper.cpp Of course, you need to have installed E-Cell first. You may find other useful notes from the E-Cell tutorial at http://www.e-cell.org/bioinfo/ect2004.
