    Pros: Prior to Nerdwise my sales team was lost in the dark with Prospecting. Lists were out of date, information was wrong, and choosing the correct target accounts was next to impossible. Nerdwise has made all of that a thing of the past and adding their messaging and email automation on top of that, it's a perfect solution.

    Cons: I cannot think of a single thing wrong with the platform. I guess the only con is that we didn't start working with them sooner.

    Overall: The overall experience with Nerdwise has been exceptional. They have exceeded every expectation I had going into the relationship and I do not see that changing any time soon.

    Pros: I used Nerdwise to reach catering prospects I would not have otherwise been able to reach efficiently and effectively under typical avenues. Nerdwise’s method of sending personalized emails to appropriately titled and located office managers and/or event planners based on their LinkedIn profiles gets responses and led to multiple introductions, relationships, and ultimately catering sales. It’s a solid technology that has recipients believing that I, as owner, personally sought them out with hours of research on LinkedIn. I highly recommend Nerdwise.

    Cons: Some contacts & their job titles & emails were dated.

    Overall: Really positive.     Pros: Ease of use is probably one of my favorite features. They also have a mobile app, you can download on your phone. You get notifications when a prospect is clicking on URL's and you can call immediately. Giving you the ability to connect fast.

    Cons: I don't have any complaints right now, the program is running smoothly.

    Overall: Great overall experience, and their customer support team is also very helpful. We have weekly meetings to track progress and address any questions.

    Pros: The software does exactly what it was designed to do, is intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is excellent! I will and have recommended them to other businesses like myself.

    Cons: The product is still early in its lifecycle and they are making improvements all the time. I've not seen anything negative but it has improved in the time I've been using it.

    Pros: Excellent process, strategy and execution. Also, great client interaction and support. Nerdwise is great in that they cut out the nonsense and noise we don't need in order to be successful. We collaborate to identify the right characteristics, design messaging and follow a trusted process. It just works and we cut to the chase.

    Cons: I really don't have any negatives to share. The service is tight in that it is focused on what matters and removes the clutter and noise that could distract us. So far, every time I reach out for help or need some executive level attention... there is never an issue.

    Overall: Perfect balance of solution value and cost. Nerdwise fits our growing business by keeping things simple for us, supporting us when we need help, suggesting strategies for making best use of new leads and is priced well for where we are.
